Management of Lenticule Extraction Complications
Dr. Kang served as the only Korean co-instructor in this international session,
where he presented clinical cases and treatment approaches for complications following refractive procedures.
In addition, Dr. Kang delivered lectures on Plasma SMILE,
a next-generation refractive technique presented at the 2024 ESCRS.
He also presented surgical cases and clinical outcomes of CustomEyes®,
focusing on the correction of irregular corneal surfaces and higher-order aberrations in patients
with a history of LASIK surgery prior to undergoing cataract surgery.
